The 1999 Flower and Produce Show was held on 24th August. Floral Art – Best in Show: Mrs Ruth Owen,
Most Points – Ruth Owen and Iona Jones, Flowers – Mrs. Lesley Freeman, Vegetables – Harry Davies.
At the AGM held on 10th January, 2000, the 1999 Officers were all re-appointed.
The 8th Flower and Produce Show took place on 29th July, 2000. Floral Art: Best in Show – Julie Thomas,
Most Points – Ruth Owen, Flowers – Gwen Messham, Fruit and Vegetables – Lesley Freeman.
At the 2001 AGM held on 8th January, the 2000 Officers were all re-appointed.
The Annual Flower and Produce Show was held on 28th July, 2001. Floral Art Best in Show – Ruth Owen,

Harry Davies retired as Show Secretary and a Show Committee was formed: Iona Jones, John Lovatt, Gary Redshaw and Cyril White.

Press Correspondent – Joan Lovatt, Committee – Lesley Freeman, Eric Johnson, Iona Jones and Gary Redshaw.
Show Committee: Iona Jones, Glenys Thomas, Gary Redshaw and Eric Moore.
The Flower and Produce Show was held on 12th July, 2004 with a revised show schedule. The overall winner was
Sue Miles Evans.
The 2005 AGM was held on 10th January. Alterations to the Committee were: Asst. Secretary – Mary Jones,
Treasurers – Reg and Elsie Ayers. Lesley Freeman joined the Show Committee.
The winner of the Flower and Produce Show held on 11th July, 2005, was Gwen Messham.
The 2006 AGM was held on 9th January. The only change in the previous year’s Committee and Show Committee was due to the untimely death of Eric Johnson.
The 2006 Flower and Produce Show held on 31st July resulted in Sue Miles Evans as the overall winner.
The 2007 AGM was held on 8th January when the members of the Committee and Show Committee were re-appointed
en bloc.
